Hearings are subject to change. For the most recent filings that would impact dates, times and locations of hearings, please consult the Public Access Terminal in the clerk of district court's office.

Attending Court Proceedings:

Some court hearings may be held by video conference where court rules allow and a judge's order setting hearing directs.

Any members of the public who wish to attend a District Court hearing scheduled to take place by video or telephone should contact the assigned judge's Judicial Assistant by 12 p.m. (noon) two working days before the hearing and provide an email address. The Court will then provide an electronic invitation to observe by video or audio conference with instructions for how to attend. The judicial assistant address for cases where Sublette County District Court Judge Kate G. McKay is presiding is [email protected].  You can find judicial assistant information for other presiding judges under the court name (look for county and then judge) found here
