Board of County Commissioners

Meeting Agendas

Our tentative meeting agendas are posted for your review. Please understand that the posted agendas are tentative, and agenda items are added or deleted as needed. If you would like to make an appointment to get on the agenda, please call the County Clerk, Carrie Long, at (307) 367-4372.

Meeting Days & Times

Board meetings are generally held twice a month, on the first and third Tuesdays of each month. These meetings are recorded by the County Clerk, not because of any legal requirement, but because it assists in writing up the minutes later on. Please check the calendar for meeting dates since they do change on occasion. Meeting minutes are also posted for you to browse at your convenience.

Please stop by and say hello when you are in the area, and let us know how we can help you.

Come To A Meeting

The Sublette County Board of Commissioners practices an open door policy for its business meetings. That means that we set tentative agendas beforehand, but are flexible with the agenda as the meeting proceeds. We know that it can be difficult to get into town during a commission meeting and if you manage to do that, we'll try to find the time to visit with you. We realize that your time is important, however, due to our scheduling, it is sometimes difficult or impossible to accommodate everyone's needs.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend commission meetings. They begin in the commission meeting room of the Sublette County Courthouse located at 21 South Tyler Avenue in Pinedale at 9:00 am with the Pledge of Allegiance and proceed until lunchtime. The commission adjourns for lunch around 11:30 am, and then reconvenes for business at 1:00 pm, usually working throughout the afternoon until all pending agenda business is handled.
